The “Colorado Yaks” is our local Tibetan soccer team in the Boulder-Denver area. The name, “Colorado Yaks,” is the brainchild of local Tibetan soccer fanatics, who are always eager and ready to jump onto the field. The team allows Tibetan youth to come together once a week, and also allows them to compete against other Tibetan soccer teams across the country. 

Soccer for Tibetans is not only a game, but a way to socialize with other Tibetans around the world.

 

We are proud that The Colorado Yaks allows young Tibetans to represent their community through activity.
